Overlooking the beautiful gardens of the Caetani grounds, this intimate space is available as of the beginning of February for a local or regional writer, curator or cultural researcher. The space would also be suitable for digital artists, and those visual artists who do not need a larger space. 100 square feet (10′ x 10′ or 3.048m x 3.048m), with access to water, kitchen, washrooms, library and internet.
This space could also be a short self-directed residency, bed available – room only $10/night, or if paired with Ninfa Studio $15/night). Dependent upon availability.

Self-Directed Residency Programs
Available February 3 – April 14, 2017
Due to unexpected visa difficulties with international applicants, we now have space available from February 3 – April 14, 2017 in the Self-Directed program. Available from 2 weeks up to 11 weeks in length during this time. Combined Residential Sermoneta room and Ninfa Studio space is available for writers, visual artists and creative individuals. Exhibition opportunity possible in Caetani Studio.
