We are excited to announce our 2023 fundraiser:

THE GREAT GATSBY CAETANI SPLASH

Join us in the beautiful Caetani estate gardens as we take you back to the Roaring 1920s when the Caetani family first arrived in Vernon.

Decor will feature the Great Gatsby theme and we invite you to wear your best 1920s’ inspired outfit. Black and gold are the colour schemes for this event.

WHAT to Expect:

  • Celebrate the elegance of the 1920s at the social event of the year!
  • We are continuing our themed garden party in the beautiful Caetani Gardens
  • Live Auction returning for 2023 with selected works from some of the most established artists from the Okanagan and beyond. Returning to lead our live auction in 2023 will be none other than art auctioneer extraordinaire Paul Bielby, who returns to the Splash after a four-year absence.


NEW for 2023:

  1. Silent Auction with selected works from some of the most established artists from the Okanagan and beyond and specially curated gift baskets.
  2. Cocktail Reception with three 1920s-style specialty cocktails created by Vernon’s own craft distillery Okanagan Spirits
  3. Live Entertainment with the beautiful sounds of Voix du Coeur
  4. Included in your ticket is a fully catered buffet dinner featuring:
    • Scrumptious hors d’oeuvres
    • Your choice of beef tenderloin or chicken
    • A selection of seasonal vegetables and sides
    • Mouth-watering desserts
    • A selection of wine, beer, and other beverages
    • All served in our verdant gardens at the Caetani Centre.

 

WHAT to WEAR:

Think Roaring 20s fashion and all the accessories: sequins, feathers, pearls, fedoras, and don’t forget flat shoes or sandals are best due to the terrain in our gardens.

With the 2021 opening of the Caetani house to the public and the return of Sveva’s Recapitulation painting series, and a successful season of tours and events in 2022, we have already accomplished so much with your support. 

GARDEN PROJECT
Our latest project includes plans to upgrade our garden and grounds and improve access. There are very few outdoor spaces near Downtown Vernon where you can have alfresco weddings, concerts, or special events, and we feel that we have a great location to accommodate such events.
