Hailing from from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Bob decided to pursue a interest in art after retiring in 2019.
Primarily painting in watercolour, Bob also enjoys learning different art media, including ecoprinting, stained and fused glass, cyanotype, printmaking, alcohol ink, and pottery.
“I love the random, unpredictable colours and patterns (watercolour) creates. I find inspiration in nature-landscapes, animals, light and shadow. As in nature, watercolour constantly moves and changes until it freezes in time to capture a moment,” he says.
Bob sells his works in galleries in Saskatoon, Fort Qu’Appelle, Pincher Creek, Alberta and Fallbrook, California.
