Start Your Morning Off With Some Yoga!

Surround yourself with peaceful, green trees, birdsong and nature while you enjoy drop-in Yoga classes on the beautiful Caetani Centre’s grounds.

The class will develop an awareness to the importance of proper alignment and breathing, not only in your yoga practice, but in your day to day life. Shannon offers a gentle, slow mo, mindful stretching for anyone who wishes to become more flexible and spritely. This class is great for beginners and those who have been practicing for a while.

Every Monday and Wednesday morning for the month of July from 8:00-9:30am

What You Need:
Please come with your own mat and water to the class

 “My name is Shannon Marsh. I have been practicing yoga for over 40 years and have had the opportunity to practice in India on several occasions. I completed my Pranaya Yoga Teach Training in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2017, and teach private and semi-private classes in my home studio.”
